With her strategic thinking, analytical mind, and excellent communication skills, Linda has been consulting to professional services, high technology, manufacturing, and closely held businesses for over 25 years. She has significant experience in turnarounds where she puts her strong negotiation skills to good use.

Drawing on her extensive experience in diverse organizations, Linda applies best practices to help her clients improve profitability, cash flow, and operations. She is skilled at quickly identifying hot spots across departments and functions. Her ability to work within every level of the organization enables her to assess the situation, prioritize the needs, develop and gain consensus on a plan, and then successfully implement change as a working partner.
Extensive Experience
Linda was involved in high technology including the cable television industry and held various management positions with a Fortune 500 manufacturer and supplier of food processing and refrigeration systems used in industrial plants across the U.S. and overseas. She co-owned and operated two retail ventures for 15 years.
A frequent author and lecturer, Linda's articles have appeared in Boston Business Journal, Mass High Tech, Jacksonville Business Journal, and Women’s Business. She has also been featured in Smart Money, Home Office Computing, and on LowesForPros.com, Working Woman Online, and Office.com. A past president of the Boston Human Resources Association (BHRA), Linda is a member of the Treasurers' Club of Boston and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She also is an InnerCity Entrepreneurs (ICE) private sector network volunteer.
